We are here to help you cultivate a healthier lifestyle or simply provide a one-off experience for you to enjoy by offering a range of mindful classes with deeply knowledgeable and respected teachers. Come and join us to reconnect with yourself, relax and put your wellbeing first by taking one of our weekly classes in Yoga, Pilates, Meditation or Thai Yoga Massage, all held in our spacious studio at Jungle Healing. We also offer restorative 1:1 yoga classes in Hatha/Sivananda Yoga with founder and experienced teacher Marek Gabor.
If you have any questions about classes please don’t hesitate to send us an email. You are welcome to bring your own mats and props, but if you don’t have your own we can also provide mats, blocks, belts and organic cotton blankets. We recommend wearing clothing that is comfortable to move in.
Furthermore, if you’re looking for a studio to hold your own mindful activities in, such as dance, performing arts or even group meetings, please don’t hesitate to contact us for hire terms.
